meet your instructor
Ariana Dabier Moghaddam has been working with young women and their families for the past decade. Outside of her own business, she is a certified instructor for the National Outdoor Leadership School where she leads youth into the mountains for weeks at a time where they learn leadership skills, technical skills, and interpersonal skills. She has also worked as a Clinically Informed Life coach, working with girls from Wilderness Therapy to young women and their families from Utah, Colorado to Oregon. Her favorite colors are red and gold, she loves animals, listening to live music, and painting. If she were a fruit she would be a pomegranate, if she were an animal she would be a wolf, and her most recent wilderness adventure was exploring around the High Uintas with her family's tiny lil adventure pup Seamus and watching the fall leaves change.
mother daughter relationship building

October 17th-18th at The Fit Stop Climbing Crag
Climbing brings out the resilience of an individual as well as enhances the resilience of climbing partners. It is a powerful tool where you get to deepen your trust, confidence, and perspective of each other's best selves while at the same time having a whole lot of fun. I have been using this model for team building for the past 7 years and have seen it as a catalyst for change as well as create a foundation for groups of people to build rapport and a skill set together.
When was the last time you two did something together that really bonded you on a deeper level?
Come prepared to let loose, have fun, laugh, listen and see eye to eye...
